Paul is absolutely the best !! I was a client for many years until I moved to Langley but stopped going only because of the distance. I went to another hearing place but there was no comparison. I gave the other place a year but nope. I’m back with Abbotsford Hearing & decided the distance is nothing to travel compared to the fantastic service Paul provides. He genuinely cares about his clients & goes above & beyond in providing top notch service. I absolutely recommend him & his clinic Abbotsford Hearing Clinic!

I am a new patient to Abbotsford Hearing Clinic. I came upon them in a search for a better price for my new hearing aids. I have had hearing loss for 11 years and my old hearing aids had ran their course. I needed something better for my new job however the quote I was given from my clinic at the time was too far out of my budget. I called around and found Michelle. She made my whole prosses so easy, she was kind and helpful over the phone. She quoted me a much better price. I'm not talking a couple hundred dollars, this was thousands cheaper! She accommodated my crazy schedule and got me in quickly. The whole process with Dr Loewen and with Michelle has been amazing! The best part of the entire process is they were able to get me pink hearing aids! Pink being my favorite color. I have been recommending Abbotsford hearing clinic to everyone, not only because of the money I saved and the pink hearing aids but because the staff is so kind and helpful. I first went to AHC 4.5 years ago for my first pair of hearing aids, they have been awesome since day one. They answered all my questions, taught me how to use and care for my hearing aids, cleaned them a few times along the way for no charge. I just bought my second pair and they suggested a different paid based on my feedback on the first pair, and they are even better. I drive 200kms to use AHC and it's well worth the drive.
