I have always had a passion to help others. My objective is to assist those who are affected by hearing loss to ensure they have equal opportunity and access to communication. Communication is, in my opinion, the most important aspect of human relationships. Everyone deserves connection! It is a privilege working with a team who are so dedicated to improving the lives of others and who strive for excellence every day.

Studying linguistics in university ignited my passion for language and when introduced to the field of audiology, I knew it was the right fit for me. Working in hearing healthcare allows me to apply my knowledge to encourage better hearing and communication. I’m excited to go to work every day to challenge myself, make a difference, and work in a field that is constantly evolving and improving. I’m proud to work with a team of like-minded individuals who strive every day to make positive changes in others’ lives.

Rachel Klumper
From an early love of learning languages, I’ve been continually drawn to the worlds of communication and hearing. This interest led me to study Applied Linguistics with a specialization in hearing science, and later to complete a Master’s degree in Audiology. I’m driven by a passion for helping others enhance their communication and overall quality of life. My goal is to support each individual in maintaining meaningful connections through better hearing and personalized, compassionate care. I recognize that hearing loss is a journey, and I am committed to listening, adapting, and walking alongside my patients every step of the way.
