ReviewsPerson who did my hearing evaluation was really friendly and helpful. His name is Simon. It was quick and easy. 5 stars for his smile.
I was completely amazed and extremely satisfied by the service provided me at Argus Audiology on Mountain Road in Moncton. The service was friendly, professional, personable and much above my expectations. All the services are first rate and they go beyond the norm to ensure the testing, fitting, questions and the guidance is personally suited to ensure you receive the maximum benefit of their services. Great place, great service, wonderful people.
I was very impressed by the Argus team. They were very friendly professional and caring. You are greeted by 2 smiling faces the moment you arrive and their service is very personalized. Dr Eaton was knowledgeable, was able to quickly diagnose my hearing loss and prescribe appropriate solutions. Their availability for follow up and adjustments is outstanding - there are never any long waits and they were interested in ensuring I was satisfied at all times. I would recommend Argus without reservation - I am a very satisfied client and will continue to deal with them for my hearing needs
I cannot say enough about the professional, corteous team at Argus. They have gone above and beyond to treat my mother's hearing loss. The thought of hearing aids was daunting and they walked her though easily at her own pace. And, they have stood by her with follow up visits and tweaks to perfect her hearing. All done with friendly smiles. Just terrific. 10 out of 10.
I take my Dad to Argus Audiology for hearing aids, and I love the way they treat seniors. They make sure they understand what they are getting, how to use them and what is best suited to their needs. My Dad couldn't handle the Ear Bud's so no problem, they fitted him with a different kind that was perfect for him. You will be in good hands with these wonderful people. My husband gets his there as well and like I said, no problem at all
