I visited the clinic for my aviation hearing test, and I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was extremely supportive, professional, and welcoming. The appointment process was very smooth—easy to book and with prompt service upon arrival. The test was conducted efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I truly appreciate the high level of care and the positive environment. Highly recommended for anyone needing aviation medical services or hearing assessments.

I have to admit never been into a business where everyone was so cheerful. I made an appointment for molded hearing protection, have to admit expensive but for my ears only. Everyone was very helpful, ear protection arrived when promised and fit properly. ( After I put them in properly... that is another story) Update Aug 21, the ear protection is fantastic, long ride(s) no ear ache or headaches caused by them, difficult to hear music over 100km on windy days. But very satisfied with the product.

The staff including Darianna and Dr Eaton were awesome in dealing with me for my first experience getting hearing aids. They were all very attentive to my needs and anxieties as a first time wearer of hearing aids. I was also happy to not feel pushed into a purchase of product. Excellent service. We have never actually been into the office but they have been great at providing service and repairs by mail for a nursing home resident's hearing aids, on several occasions. Staff are pleasant and they do their best to get things done and return the hearing aids as soon as possible, putting in a little extra effort when needed. Definitely recommended.

After doing all the necessary research to make an informed decision when it came to hearing aids, Argus was one of the only clinics where the receptionist was knowledgeable about the practice and was able to answer all my questions. They also do not deny service to those who did not purchase directly from them, a scummy practice of other clinics. My grandmother seems quite content, thank you.
