Audiology First

I appreciate Audiology First. The reception staff are very welcoming, efficient and helpful. The Audiologists are great! Amazing service. They taught me and provided me with everything I need to deal with my challenging hearing loss. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service provided. They made sure I was satisfied with the product before I was required to pay for the hearing aid. That process took 6 weeks of home trial. Originally (2 years ago) they would not fit me until I had seen an Ear, nose, throat doctor to ensure there was no other intervention that would work

They've got a machine that helps wax out of your ears that I couldn't find anywhere else in southwest Alberta. I called, they were able to get me in right away. I had to come twice. Both times the audiologist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Reasonable rate as well.

They are an amazing company, and the people are very friendly. The front desk staff are awesome, willing to help out and you're not alone. They keep you comfortable and willing to help out while the other staff are busy. Keeping you on top of it, nothing is missing any appointments. If you do miss your appointments, they understand. They are so good at that, putting the customer first. All the staff at the back doctor and specialists are fantastic. The knowledge they have is amazing, and they work with you step by step. You're not alone, they work with you every step of the way and they explain to you, until you understand. This is why I give them 5 stars, from my childhood, until now. I had found the right place, I've been to lots of places. This is it, and this is I recommend this. Don't take my words for it, try it out. It wouldn't hurt to try it, believe me it will put a bright smile on your face. I know I have a big smile on my face. The space is very clean, organized, lots of spaces to sit. Free parking, lots of room for parking. It's easy for the handicapped to assess, so much better. This is why I came to this place, work smarter not harder.

I have just completed my testing with Dr Glen Hole and received the aids best suited to my hearing loss . I can t say enough about the amazing care and attention to detail I received .having dealt with other companies in the past I can say Audiology First has been the best .
