ReviewsI have been taking my mother in law into Audiology First for a few years now. Dr. Glenn has been amazing to deal with. He has accommodated us in so many ways. Today he made time to adjust her hearing aid knowing that it was very difficult to get her there due to recent health challenges. The front desk girls are so kind and pleasant highly recommended this business. 5-stars all the way.
I appreciate Audiology First. The reception staff are very welcoming, efficient and helpful. The Audiologists are great! Amazing service. They taught me and provided me with everything I need to deal with my challenging hearing loss. I highly recommend this company.
Very happy with the service provided. They made sure I was satisfied with the product before I was required to pay for the hearing aid. That process took 6 weeks of home trial. Originally (2 years ago) they would not fit me until I had seen an Ear, nose, throat doctor to ensure there was no other intervention that would work
They've got a machine that helps wax out of your ears that I couldn't find anywhere else in southwest Alberta. I called, they were able to get me in right away. I had to come twice. Both times the audiologist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Reasonable rate as well.
I have just completed my testing with Dr Glen Hole and received the aids best suited to my hearing loss . I can t say enough about the amazing care and attention to detail I received .having dealt with other companies in the past I can say Audiology First has been the best .

Deanna Hole
Deanna Hole is responsible for many of the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep Audiology First running smoothly. Deanna has also studied creative writing at the University of Calgary. As well as managerial support, Deanna provides guidance on content writing, marketing, communications and patient experience.
Glenn Hole
Glenn Hole and his wife Deanna Hole became the new owners of Audiology First in March 2022. Glenn has been at Audiology First since it opened in 2015. Under the mentorship of Dr. Thomas Copps, one of Alberta's most experienced Audiologists, Glenn has helped Audiology First become Lethbridge's center for excellence in hearing care. Glenn graduated with a bachelor's degree (hons) from the University of Bristol, England (2009), and subsequently completed a Masters of Clinical Audiology from Salus University, Pennsylvania. Glenn comes from a hospital audiology background, working as an NHS (National Health Service) audiologist at both the Royal United Hospital in Bath, and Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton. Glenn has also received instruction and training at Southmead Hospital and St. Michael's Hill Audiology departments, at Salus University in Pennsylvania USA, and the University Medical Center Cochlear Implant program, Miami USA. Glenn is a published researcher with interests in psychoacoustics, hearing aid technology, tinnitus and hyperacusis. He has given a number of lectures at the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Society in Calgary, and at the Lethbridge Seniors Community Organization (LSCO).
Holly Weinkauf
Holly Weinkauf offers essential administrative support, patient guidance, maintenance and cleaning of hearing devices, troubleshooting of hearing aid connectivity issues, billing, and appointment management.
Joseph Tomlinson
Joseph Tomlinson joined Audiology First in January 2022. Joseph and his wife are the parents of a child who was born with a significant hearing loss. This provides him with a unique, first hand perspective on the effects and challenges of living with a hearing loss. Joseph holds a Bachelor's of Science in Hearing science from Anglia Ruskin University, and a foundation degree in Hearing aid Audiology from De Montford University, England. Joseph has worked as a lecturer at Anglia Ruskin university in the UK, assessing and supervising students enrolled in the Hearing aid Audiologist course at the university. He has many years of experience working in Audiology and hearing care clinics in England as a Hearing aid Audiologist.
Shibna Kunhimon
Shibna Kunhimon originally trained as an audiologist in India. She brings a wealth of clinical expertise and knowledge from her previous work in a busy specialist clinic.
