As part of my self care, I booked a check-up with Audiology Innovations. Candace met me to do the evaluation. Before she started, she took the time to explain about hearing and what we would be doing for the evaluation. I have had hearing tests in the past, but never one as thorough as the one Candace administered. She explained the results and fortunately for me, my hearing was quite good for my age. I think we sometimes feel, that we are going to be sold hearing aides, but it was evident from the report, I did not need them. Candace was focused on what my medical needs were and not on corporate ones. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to have their hearing evaluated, to use Audiology Innovations. Your hearing is important and you may not realize what you are missing. The cost is minimal and the time well spent.

I had hearing aids when I went to Candace because they were useless and had been prescribed by ears and eyes and I couldn’t hear half the conversation. I thought for a long time well this is as good as it gets. Then I met Candace, I was so impressed for my first appointment she spent a lot of time testing and fitting me with hearing aids that actually do what they are supposed to . She never makes you feel like she’s in a hurry. She will fix the program to suit you. Thank you so much Candace.

I had a good experience at Audiology Innovations. I was referred by a work colleague. Candace was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything very clearly. My hearing test went well and Candace took the time to explain the results to me. A very positive experience.

What can I say? For those out there looking for a place that knows hearing aids then this is the place for you. Candace will make sure you can hear and that you get the best hearing aids in the price range you want to spend. I have had mine for 5 months already and she still checks in to make sure I am still liking them and that they are working as good as they should. She always is looking to make them sound better.. My neighbor went elsewhere and is jealous of the care I receive. So this is the place. Just ask for Candace

Audiology Innovations was great to work with. Once I realized I needed an appointment, I was able to get in touch easily and had one booked within two days. During the assessment, Candace was very pleasant and professional. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, providing clear explanations to ensure I fully understood everything. By the end of the appointment, I received an outlined recommendation along with a detailed report summarizing the assessment. Overall, a very positive experience.
