I popped into the Audiology office in Mount Royal area to get my Hearing Aid fixed and Brenda at the front desk was very helpful. While juggling the phone lines, she assisted me with an analysis of and testing of my hearing aids. She found the problem, fixed it, and gave me a short tutorial on what to do in the future if it happened again. She could not have been more helpful.👍

As a newcomer to Calgary (and Canada!) I found navigating healthcare providers challenging but Dr Scarff and her team have been truly outstanding. From my very first appointment they demonstrated the highest standard of care and have helped me navigate the process of trying and purchasing hearing aids.
