Audiology Innovations Mount Royal West

As a newcomer to Calgary (and Canada!) I found navigating healthcare providers challenging but Dr Scarff and her team have been truly outstanding. From my very first appointment they demonstrated the highest standard of care and have helped me navigate the process of trying and purchasing hearing aids. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for attentive and high-quality audiologist services.

This is the hearing clinic you want to go to! Natalia was absolutely amazing. She gets to know what your issues are and works to find the best device suited to what you need. Make sure to book with Natalia at the new Nw location. Dr. Carrie is amazing and truly just wants to help you. I cannot recommend this place enough. Every staff member is warm and welcoming.

I popped into the Audiology office in Mount Royal area to get my Hearing Aid fixed and Brenda at the front desk was very helpful. While juggling the phone lines, she assisted me with an analysis of and testing of my hearing aids. She found the problem, fixed it, and gave me a short tutorial on what to do in the future if it happened again. She could not have been more helpful.👍

I inquired into getting hearing protection from this company and went to get custom ear plugs done on April.2nd. I paid the fee and then they said 4-6 week turnaround. I waited eight weeks and then after a couple emails got the response back that my molds which were done had somehow vanished. I was asked to come back in on June.12th and was told they would rush the order due tot he mistake. I have emailed them again now on Thursday, June.25th and still haven’t had a reply email with any firm dates. In short I wouldn’t recommend this company for hearing services as my experience has been very poor in terms of communications for a product I have already paid for. Hopefully I will get my product soon.

This is my second time going to Audiology Innovations and I can't think of anyway it could have been a more seamless and comfortable experience. I had Bryce conducting the hearing exam and he was absolutely great. Double thumbs up. Hopefully I won't need a hearing exam for a while but if I do, I will once again be a repeat customer.
