The anxiety that comes from going to the doctor's office alone as a young adult is not unfounded. I went in for a $60 hearing assessment and everything was easy and smooth, and there wasn't a moment where I felt stressed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was in-and-out within the hour.

I just took my Dad in for an appointment with Travis. Travis was very patient and profesional. It was obvious that my Dad's comfort was important which helped my Dad relax. I would highly recomend Travis!

Chantel was not helpful, when I lost one of my hearing aids I called to get one replaced. She did not call when it actually came in and she was quite rude. She booked me appointment just to pick up the hearing aide, thought she was going to adjust it for me but nope she just had me pick it up and I don't use my hearing aide anymore because it has a background noise that I can't stand and I don't want to go back to this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was able to get an appointment right away, and walking out with a hearing aid the next day. I was able to pay off the device over 4 pay periods, making the purchase more manageable on the budget. Very friendly staff.
