My wife Janet finally has a set of near perfect hearing aids. She wore hearing aids for 35+ years and gone through few aids, but never to her satisfaction. Thank to Lang Do and Calgary Ear Centre, she got them now. Karen was courteous the day we walked in, very helpful, and make a quick schedule to our liking. The day we met Lang, not only is she nice, friendly; she shows she is very knowledgeable and professional. She took time to give my wife the tests, choosing the right aids and very patience with her due to minor language barrier. She provided her with a loaner aids to test out while waiting for the new aids to come. She then help her to setup the aids even though this needed few tries. This is Services. Highly recommend. Both my husband and I chose the Calgary Ear Centre for hearing assessments. We chose them because they had audiologists and not just technicians that performed the hearing tests. Dr Lesley Lussier was the one who performed the tests and set us up with hearing aids. Absolutely trusted what she recommended. There was a 60 day period that you work with them every two weeks so help you adjust to them and work out anything that you find isn't working for you. My husband kept his pair but my left one kept falling out. My pair were ones that went directly into the ear canal and although very discreet, I couldn't keep the left one in so I went to the same pair as my husband. Love this clinic! From receptionist to the manager, we found all very responsive and helpful. We both highly recommend this clinic!

I has a sudden hearing loss recently and visited the Calgary Ear Centre for consultation. Cindy S. with her 30 years experience was very compassionate to my grateful appreciation and understanding. After tests were completed I left with relief that I wasn't alone in this situation. I highly recommend them so if you have a hearing issue don't fear as they are there to help and will. They did an amazing job! I was there for an RCMP hearing test and Dr.lang does a really good job at making you feel comfortable and welcomed, her energy is infectious and it helps clam your nerves down and re assures you that you are in safe hands. And honestly was cheaper than other places I had got quotes from. So overall great experience! Would highly recommend!
