We had a great experience at Calgary Ear Centre. Lang Do was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient while helping my father get his hearing aids. I recently visited Calgary Ear Centre with my 76 year old father. His hearing had recently gotten worse, and we needed a change of hearing aids. Lang spent an entire afternoon with my father, testing out numerous devices until we landed on the perfect option. Both my father and I were extremely happy with the process, and appreciative of Lang's thoughtfulness and care as we worked through the options. Her attention to detail and kind approach really stood out. I would highly recommend the Calgary Ear Centre!

We went to Lang to get hearing aids for my mother. Lang is very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained to us many things we need to know about hearing aids, and took her time in order for us to fully understand. The first pair of hearing aids did not work out for my mother, and Lang worked with us to get another style. She worked with us until we got it right. We are very satisfied, and we had a very good experience. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I came here for a baseline hearing test. I never did one before and I was starting to believe I had some hearing issues. Lang administered my test and ensured a smooth process the whole time. She made it feel quick and easy, and it truly was. I don't know why I was so scared and overwhelmed prior. I learned more about my ears, hearing, and how listening to one another connects us as a community. I'm grateful to learn all of this from Lang. I wish her and the centre continued success. I will surely come back for my next routine test.

I recently followed my audiologist, Lesley, to the Calgary Ear Centre after she moved from her previous practice. I’ve worked with her for years, and she has always been excellent and a true pleasure to work with, so it was an easy decision to continue my care with her. Right from the start, everyone has been helpful, friendly, and easy to work with - every visit has been smooth and enjoyable. The owner, Lang, has also been excellent. She is knowledgeable, warm, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. You can tell she truly cares about the people who walk through the door, as does everyone at the Calgary Ear Centre. I suffered hearing damage during my time serving in the Canadian Infantry and have had hearing aids through Veterans Affairs since my early 40s. Now at 55, I can honestly say that people like Lesley and Lang have helped turn what was once a difficult journey into a positive one. The whole team makes you feel supported, understood, and well looked after. I highly recommend them.
