Calgary Hearing Aid Audiology Macleod Trail

The staff at the Shawville Blvd location of 'The Hearing Loss clinic' were lovely. I went in for a routine check up and learned that i did indeed have some hearing loss, which i had suspected. The audiologist was really wonderful. She was careful to explain everything to me in a way that i could understand. I would recomend this clinic to anyone that is hesitant about checking out their hearing health.

Renata from Macleod - Heritage location was extremely polite and helpful when the hearing aid of my Mom broke and we needed assistance. She went beyond her duties to ensure we had the information needed. Thank you Renata! 😊

I can’t believe the difference that my new hearing aids and accessories has made to my life. I am hearing things I have not heard for a very long time. I decided to save money and got my previous hearing aids from a wholesale place, not my best decision. The service and support that I have received from Calgary Hearing Aid & Audiology is incredible, professional and very compassionate. Lang suggested that I try ear molds and a device for my TV. I am so happy with both of these options. I will definitely continue to be a customer and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Lang was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire session. They were able to book me in the day after I called. And rebook me 3 days later. Both Lang and the front staff were courteous and respectful. I highly recommend anyone doing a hearing test to go to this location!!!

I went to this clinic since 2019, they recently removed all hearing staff, what a complete disappointment they are starting from the “new” manager (yuck) to 2 new audiologists. They totally lack business/communcation/honesty skills
