We were visiting PEI from Ontario and the tubing in my hearing aid cracked to the point where I wasn't able to use my hearing aid. I figured I had nothing to lose by walking in and seeing if they would be able to help me. They were able to fix the cracked tubing and charged a very reasonable price to do so and provided a service with a smile. I was so happy to have my hearing aid back since it impacts my ability to hear. I was so grateful that even though I don't live in the local area, they were more than happy to help me. Thank you for making our time on PEI even more special. :)

Wonderful patience with the staff here. They took good care of my 98 year old mother. Only complaint is the barely accessible entrance for wheelchair / walker

Absolutely great service, I could get an appointment much quicker then other Island based companies, The audiologist was an absolute doll, super nice, and great to explain everything.
