Angie is very understanding and patient to her client's need. My mother lost most of her hearing and was worried that her hearing aid device would be too large. Angie is able to recommend her a small enough device that works for my mother. My mother also get a few scheduled sessions with Angie to go over the new hearing aid features and get all her questions answered. Overall we feel that Angie and her team is very supportive to her client. We had great experience and will highly recommend Angie for anyone getting hearing aid.

I brought my parents to Central Hearing Clinic and had a really positive experience. Angie was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly in Cantonese, which made it much easier for them to understand and feel comfortable. She took her time and didn’t rush the process, from the hearing test to trying the hearing aids. The instructions were simple and practical, so my parents felt confident using them at home. Highly recommend if you’re helping your parents or family members find the right hearing aids.

I had a great experience at Central Hearing Clinic and was really impressed by the range of hearing aids they offer. Unlike some chain clinics that seem limited to just one or two brands (like Phonak or Oticon), they carry a variety of options, which made me feel confident the recommendation was based on what actually suited me. I ended up with a pair of rechargeable Bluetooth hearing aids with AI features, and they’ve been excellent and super convenient for phone calls and media. Their aftercare is also a big plus. It’s reassuring to know I can go back anytime for adjustments or support. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, personalized care, I’d definitely recommend them.

Great experience at Central Hearing. My custom rechargeable hearing aids are convenient, stylish in black, and easy to use. I love that they stream phone calls and music directly, the sound quality is excellent.  Appointments were on time, and the staff were friendly and professional.

My husband recently has been fitted with a new set of hearing aids which is his third pair, helped by the Hearing Instrument Specialist, Angie Kwong at Central Hearing Clinic. I joined him in all his visits including the initial exploring and testing after purchase. The experience was good and efficient. Pricing is a bit on the high side, but competitive with another similar provider. We feel like we get the value from it because of the quality of my husband's hearing was much improved and the fitting of the instrument on both ears were fantastic. Angie has been very supportive and professional. The ladies at the reception are helpful and friendly.
