Clayton Park Audiology and Hearing Aid Centre

Having had a long term general decline in my hearing as I aged each year, I finally looked into getting hearing aids. After much research and looking at reviews I came across Clayton Park Audiology. Discovered the owner had recently o op ended the first woman owned audiologist centre, saw amazing early reviews and I’m extremely glad I booked here. I was assessed, referred to an ENT specialist after assessment , to rule out a possible anomaly and all was well. My assessment with owner Lyndsay Bozec resulted in hearing aids beyond what I had expected. They took time to assess my needs and fit me with aids appropriate to my lifestyle. I’ve found Lyndsay, her fellow audiologist Patricia were professional. Ashley at the front desk keeps appointments running smooth with fantastic follow up. My sister has had major hearing issues for decades with no great final success over numerous clinics. I’m suggesting she make the trip from Cape Breton to this clinic as I feel she’ll likely get satisfaction. Give stars!!

I'm so impressed by this team. My daughter is almost 6 and she came for her first hearing test, and the team were just brilliant. Honestly, I was blown away with how they made her feel comfortable. She actually walked out saying how much fun it was. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain each test to me, and got the results to our family doctor within the week. Highly recommend!

My husband and myself have gone to see Lyndsay here and she is absolutely amazing!! She is very thorough, she will make sure you know that you can call at any time, should you have questions and in my husbands case has any questions about his hearing aids. She makes sure she follows up in a timely manner, making sure everything is going good and when there are adjustments needing to be made. The office and all equipment is very clean!! All of the staff we have had interactions with were fantastic! I love the reminders, my memory isn't the greatest! lol I would highly recommend Clayton Park Audiology!

The team at Clayton Park Audiology were fantastic. From my phone call to the office to book my appointment and speaking with Ashley, to my appointment with Patricia, I felt cared about the entire time. Ashley was so kind and sympathetic when I called in about experiencing tinnitus. When I met Patricia, she listened to everything I had to say and we figured out how to try to help me. I went thinking (hoping) I had built up ear wax and that this would be the solution, but my ear was clear. She gave me a hearing test after that to check on things (hearing loss runs in my family) and she was super thorough and kind going over the results. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I have my follow up appointment booked!

While I have used Clayton Park Audiology for regular hearing needs, and have found them excellent… the other day I had a bit of an urgent situation. They found a way to fit me in, and processed reports and updates for my doctor very quickly. My doctor even commented on the speed, accuracy and professionalism of the group. Could not recommend them more
