I had a complete hearing test and wax removal. Carmella was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to explain everything carefully and answer my questions. I appreciated the care she took to educate me about my hearing and my best options for hearing aids. I would certainly recommend Discover Hearing.

I recently purchased hearing aids from Discover Hearing. I had realized for some time previous that my hearing had deteriorated but I had never had my hearing tested or seriously considered getting hearing aids. I rather reluctantly made an appointment with Discover Hearing on the recommendation of a friend who had recently been fitted with hearing aids and emphasized to me how well she had been treated and how satisfied she was with her devices. I am very glad that I took that advice and can now confirm my experience with Discover to be similar. Sarah treated me with great professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. That was for my first attendance for a hearing test and to be assessed for custom hearing aids, for my return appointment to be fitted with the aids on a trial basis, and to my further return to finalize the purchase. Sarah noted all my concerns and answered all my questions, including those about care and maintenance of these sophisticated and somewhat delicate devices. Discover also assisted with facilitating the purchase process by directly dealing with the government and insurance contributions to the purchase that I qualified for. Very considerate and competent people to deal with!

I am very happy with my experience with this business. This was my first experience getting a hearing aide. Carmella and Anaya were very thorough and professional throughout the sessions I had. Excellent customer service and very friendly and professional staff. Have taken my 96 year old father there a few times and have had a pleasant experience each time. Much better customer interactions than the previous two hearing aid companies that we went to in the last few years. I highly recommend their services.

I would like to commend Discover Hearing for their excellent professionalism as a 10 year hearing patient with hearing aids and on my recent visit with Joanne, she was very informative about the capabilities of the new technology of my hearing aids , this stubborn guy had to be convinced he should probably accept the technology that these aids are capable of and am happily enjoying the app on my phone to interact with my aids.
