Terrible experience all round. I was told that the custom moulded ear plugs would be suitable for sleeping and would meet the specific needs that I described (block snoring and traffic noise). When the earplugs arrived they were painful to wear and only moderately mute noise. When I complained that the sound protection wasn't good enough they told me too bad, no guarantee, no allowance for clearly selling me something that would not meet my requirements. I pointed out that their website says 'guaranteed satisfaction' and they hung up on me.

I had a great experience getting my custom earplugs! I don’t think I could have finished my University courses without this set of plugs to drown out household noises. I am now in the market for some sleeping ones to drown out the neighbour’s dogs.
