Great service when I got my hearing test done. Everyone was friendly and professional

Took my Dad to see Mark in the Cranbrook office. I had been to the place downtown and no comparison. Renee at the front is amazing and took the time to make sure my Dad was doing great. The Audiologist Mark was top notch and even came to visit my Dad when I couldn’t bring him in. I also compared other clinics in the area for their prices and Mark’s were lower by almost $1000. Highly recommended!

I was upgraded to the latest hearing aids and they are excellent. Very professional staff and helpful in every way.

When l come to Fernie from Australia every 2 years l always go and see Brad. I just saw him in January 2019 and the new hearing aids l have are fantastic. The sound & clarity of them l couldn't get it any better - l thought my old aid was terrific but this one beats it by a country mile. I could go to an audiologist in Australia but l prefer to see Brad as he is so professional, understanding and caring and doesn't rip you off like l have had done to me in Australia. Brad your one in a million and thanks so much for all you have done for me since 2012, see you in 2021
