Dynamic Hearing Solutions Grand Forks

In 2012 I got my first hearing aids from a competitor and was overwhelmed with process. In 2019 I received my new hearing aids from Dynamic Hearing Solutions in Grand Forks, I met Trevor a very easy person to relate my concerns to. I was impressed with the ease of the process of updating my hearing aids , or maybe I was used to getting them. He redid my hearing test and we went through that together showing me what were the issues with my hearing, to which I wasn't aware of. After my hearing aids arrived I was given an appointment and fitting. I left impressed with how it went. with the reassurance of, "If there is any problem call we will fix it." I enjoyed my new hearing aids and still do. There is a great team in Grand Forks, and am very glad we have them here!
