ReviewsExcellent experience right from the get go. Receptionist was courteous and friendly. Anisha was welcoming and explained every procedure thoroughly. At no point did I have any concerns because Anisha covered all my questions knowledgeably. The testing was straightforward and I was particularly impressed with the hygienic practices. All in all a very relaxing visit.
This is the best place to have your hearing tested. Trevor and Trish are so kind, warm, and inviting you immediately feel at home. Trevor made the hearing test fun. It can be daunting to find out you have a hearing loss. They are supportive and attentive. I can't say enough about Dynamic Hearing Solutions.
Dynamic Hearing Solutions has provided excellent support to help with my hearing including: Assistance interfacing with Worksafe BC, providing maintenance advice and parts for my hearing aids and a friendly and welcoming office experience.
Dynamic Hearing Solutions is the go-to in Nelson for your hearing health. Trisha and Trevor could not be more friendly and accommodating. Trevor took the time to explain everything he was doing during the hearing test and the results after. I felt in really good and capable hands. I also really appreciate that Trevor honoured my request to wear an N95 given the current surge in respiratory illness across the province and country, demonstrating that the health and well-being of their clientele is of utmost importance. I had to cancel a previous appointment with another provider in town and am happy to report that Dynamic Hearing Solutions outshines the local competition in every respect. Thank you both!
The staff here is so very friendly and puts you at ease for the hearing test. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and seem to truly enjoy what they do. The cost of service was very reasonable.

Aladina Caron
Taanishi (Hello), my name is Aladina Caron. I was born and raised in the small town of Trail, BC. I speak a bit of Michif, the Métis language, and share my home with a beloved family of pets. For the past few years I’ve been traveling with Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC). As a Métis youth representative, I actively listen to the needs and concerns of Métis youth, advocating for change and working closely with the MNBC board to discuss solutions and future initiatives. As I love to travel, I found myself missing home. My auntie has dealt with hearing loss since she was little.

Katrina Jenkins

I am currently a hearing instrument practitioner apprentice. I plan on completing my education at Douglas College in the Fall of 2025. I am also a registered Industrial audiometric technician capable of performing hearing tests for Work-safe BC.
Kerra Clarkston
I was born and raised in Trail, BC. I have worked for almost twenty years at Kootenay Hearing Aid & Audiology Clinic, and I am very excited that we have amalgamated with the awesome team at Dynamic Hearing Solutions. One of the best parts of my job is seeing people get fit with their new hearing aids and watching their faces light up when they say they have heard their cat purr for the first time in years.
Mark Neeve
Living in Kimberley with my wife and 2 girls, I enjoy all the Kootenays has to offer. As a HIP I enjoy seeing the benefits of improved quality of life by restoring the sounds that have been missing, and addressing the unique challenges of each client.
Martina Derstroff
Having now lived in the Kootenays for 25+ years, I am grateful to continue to serve the community of Grand Forks and the surrounding area by providing customer service for our clients to experience a world of better hearing.
Maureen Kennedy
Maureen was born and raised in the heart of the Rockies and has called Cranbrook home for most of her life. She offers Dynamic Hearing Solutions her extensive experience and education in finance, administration and customer service.
Sonia Plante
Born and raised in the Kootenays, but I now call Creston home. This area brings so much joy to me from all the fruit markets to the weather, and to the beautiful views. I enjoy gardening, walking our dog and exploring the area whether it be driving around or riding on my motorcycle. I am thrilled to have joined the team at Dynamic Hearing Solutions at our new location. I get to meet the great people of Creston and learn so much from my co-workers while helping our patients new and current ones.
Stephanie Siddall
I was born and raised in Trail and cant think of a better place to raise my family. I graduated from UBC in 2005 with a masters degree in Audiology and have been working in private practice for 15 years. I love that I can help a people address issues with their hearing loss so quickly and feel tremendous satisfaction when I know I have made a difference in peoples lives
Susan Clarkson
My name is Susan and I have worked in hearing health care since 1998. I have seen the amazing technical advancements that hearing aids have gone through over the years and it is a delight to bring people back into the world of sounds.
Trevor Hancheroff
I am a Bachelor of Arts graduate of the University of Lethbridge in Native studies and MacEwan University as a Hearing Instrument Practitioner. I have fourteen fantastic technology filled years working with people on their journeys to better hearing. I joined Dynamic Hearing in June of 2020 and look after the Nelson, Castlegar and Grand Forks clinics. One of my favourite sounds is the pop and soft click of a record player needle touching down. I believe in old fashioned service and straightforward advice!
Trisha Keywood
It is such a pleasure to be a part of this incredible team of professionals! Every day I watch them enhance and transform people’s lives by reopening their world of hearing. I love coming to work knowing that I am a small part of that. The highlights of my day are the wonderful stories our clients share with me about the positive impact of their hearing aids. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, sports and spending time with my family.
