Their service is excellent. You are made to feel welcome and at ease. Explanations of what will happen during the test are clear and and straight forward. when the test is completed, again clarification of what needs to happen now and in the future are excellent. Kim Galick
Kim Galik has over 25 years of experience in the hearing industry and is a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia. She is a nationally board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist by the International Hearing Society. Kim is a member of the Hearing Instrument Practitioners Society of BC, International Hearing Society and the Canadian Hearing Instrument Practitioners Society. She is a mother, wife and entrepreneur who pours her heart and soul into helping her community hear better, one person at a time. She looks forward to meeting you and your loved ones at your next visit to our clinic.
Noella King
Noella King has spent over 10 years working in the customer service industry where she likes interacting with people. She enjoys the opportunity to help those coming into the office. In her spare time, she likes to read and explore the trails throughout the Lower Mainland.
