    Cassandra Holleman

    Clinic Administrator

    Cassandra is a committed member of our team who brings with her over fifteen years of dedicated customer service experience. Originally from Halifax, she is an engaging, positive presence in the clinic and her focus on customer care is unmatched. Her natural curiosity and sense of fun are contagious, and she spends her free time pursuing her hobbies. Whether enjoying scary movies or romantic novels, she loves to lose herself in imaginative stories. She adores spending time with family, engaging in lively board game sessions or working on jigsaw puzzles. She and her husband Mark also enjoy traveling and exploring the world together, whenever they have the chance, always returning home to Nova Scotia.

    Molly Mathews

    Hearing Aid Practitioner

    Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University, where her academic interests further reinforced her desire to pursue a career in hearing health. After graduation, she gained hands-on experience working as a hearing clinic administrator while completing the Hearing Aid Practitioner program through Grant MacEwan University. Now a dedicated practitioner, Molly is committed to delivering compassionate and personalized care to every client she meets.

    Simon Pawlowski

    Audiologist

    Simon was born in St. Albert, Alberta and lived in many cities across Canada before settling in Nova Scotia to earn his BScH and MSc in Biology at Acadia. He then worked as an entomologist in many labs, forests, and blueberry fields throughout Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario before returning to Dalhousie to complete his second MSc in Audiology. He was recognized at Dal for his academic and clinical skills with several awards including the Killam Predoctoral Scholarship, the Canadian Institute for Health Research Master’s Scholarship, and the Speech & Audiology Canada Research Award. He brings years of scientific experience and a keen interest in the physiology and psychology of hearing to each patient he sees. When not in the clinic, Simon loves to be on stage and has had the fortune to act with and for many wonderful people in theatres all over Canada. After a life on the move, his favourite place is at home with his partner and his cat.
