She was not “pushy” with their products, but explained the benefits of each hearing aid. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. She trained my 12-year-old son for his Auditory Processing Disorder, and the entire 12-week program was perfectly executed from start to finish. We had the pleasure of bringing our 4 year old in for an assessment after having suffered perforated ear drums multiple times while he was younger. The staff was nothing short of AMAZING and Courteous with our experience. Our 4 year old was nervous but the staff made the experience memorable and he had a GREAT time during his assessment. Strongly suggest anybody with little ones who have had similar issues (Perforated Ear Drums, or bad Ear infections) get a baseline assessment or testing done. Due the shortage of ENT (Ear, Nose Throat) specialists in Regina, getting your children checked out can help ease any concerns parents or families may have. Thanks so much for the great experience!
