Worked first with Katarina for a good friend 103 yrs old, she was very thorough and helpful, Ed the 103 yr old raved about the aids better than any he had before. When I got fed up with Costco I went to Katarina for my self! Glad I did, product significantly better than previous. Very helpful, I have referred to a friend! No hesitation on my part!

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for Dr. Katarina Vavrovicova. She cared for my uncle, Jesús Coreas, and the level of attention, dedication, and genuine compassion she showed was truly extraordinary. From the very beginning, she took the time to deeply understand his situation, making sure he felt comfortable, heard, and supported every step of the way. What stood out the most was not only her professionalism, but her humanity. She treated my uncle with such kindness, patience, and heart that it went far beyond what we ever expected from a medical experience. You can truly feel her passion for what she does, and it reflects in the way she cares for her patients. We have never experienced this level of service before. She is not only an exceptional doctor, but also an incredible human being. Thank you, Dr. Vavrovikova, for everything you did for my uncle. We will always be grateful.

I am thrilled with my new hearing aids: they are comfortable, fit well, and no fuss. But – alas—no thanks to Katarina, whom I visited for my first and failed pair. I was impressed with her friendliness and willingness to spend a lot of time with me, but I ended up not buying them. I waited over a year before I tried again, elsewhere. I couldn’t seem to put them in correctly (according to Katarina, either too or not far enough) and the noise level was unbearable, Now, however, with one visit to a new audiologist, I’ve had no trouble at all. Curiously, both before and after my visit to Katarina, I tested “moderate hearing loss,” but she rated it “severe.” Strange. I would have thought these tests were standardized.

I started experiencing hearing issues around 2019, and they gradually got worse after the pandemic, especially in in-person meetings. I first visited a big-name hearing center but felt pressured to buy expensive hearing aids, so I decided to get a second opinion. After doing some research online, I found Echo Hearing Care and booked an appointment. I met with Dr. Katarina, and I am so glad I did. She was professional, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions. I truly felt that the care I received was personalized to my needs, not rushed or sales-driven. On top of that, her pricing was competitive compared to the big brand I visited earlier. I decided during my very first visit to move forward and get my hearing aid from her. I came back several times for setup and adjustments, and every visit was a great experience. Dr. Katarina was always caring, attentive, and professional. I really enjoy my hearing aid—it has genuinely changed my life for the better. I highly recommend Echo Hearing and Dr. Katarina to anyone looking for high-quality, honest, and compassionate hearing care.
