ReviewsIt was delightful to meet Alissa and Betina at Frequency Hearing. I had been diagnosed with a hearing problem in my left ear and the clinician that first did testing recommended Frequency Hearing in Beaumont, Alberta, where I live. I was so happy to hear that we have this service close to home. I put off making an appointment, even though I knew that I needed to proceed. Several months later I was driving by Frequency Hearing and knew that I needed to address my hearing! When I went inside, I had a super, warm welcome from the receptionist Benita. I booked an appointment with Alissa the owner and hearing specialist. Any feeling of apprehension disappeared when I met Alissa and our following conversation brought me comfort and the feeling that I definitely found the right specialist ie warm, friendly, supportive, professional and a person who is very capable of helping me adjust to wearing a hearing aid. This feeling of comfort continued through all of our appointments. Thank you so much Betina and Alissa!
Alissa helpes you until you are completely satisfied. I was very happy that I decided to go to her for my hearing aids.
I can’t say enough great things about Frequency Hearing! Alissa and Bettina are both amazing. Their kindness and attentiveness are honestly unmatched. I’ve gone to Alissa for help with my hearing aids on multiple occasions, and she always does everything she can to help quickly and effectively. Being a young person with hearing aids can be challenging, and Alissa is so understanding and great to work with. The genuine care and dedication to helping people means so much. 🩷 If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Frequency Hearing. Thank you for everything!
Frequently Hearing was a recommendation made to me from a friend and I am so glad I went there for my assessment and hearing aids. Great advice, awesome product and amazing customer service.
If you need hearing aids this is the place to go. I received a very comprehensive hearing test, they checked into my work history with me and recommended putting a claim to WCB. Awesome service all the way around. Thank You Alissa and Betina for all your help. Follow up after receiving the aids has been excellent.
