Abbey Cross
Abbey is the first point of contact for the clients and will greet you upon arrival. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the clinic and our clients shines bright and she is ready with a smile for everyone. Abbey is responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments and assisting clients any way she can as she learns more each day in the industry. She grew up in London, but has called Kingston area home for the last 10 years.
Tammy Powell
Tammy has worked in the hearing healthcare industry for 12+ years. She started as a hearing consultant and quickly fell in love with the field. Tammy went back to school in 2017 to become an Audiometric Technician and continued her studies becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist when she attended Grant MacEwan University. She graduated in 2022 with distinction and received the Dean’s medal for her hard work and commitment to her education. She is currently an active member of the Ontario Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners. Tammy has grown up in the Napanee area and is passionate to serve clients in her hometown. She is dedicated to finding the best solution for her clients and is often praised for her kindness, knowledge and thoroughness.
