ReviewsExcellent team of professionals! I have tinnitus (both ears) and minor hearing loss, hearing aids have been extremely helpful especially in treating tinnitus. Recently, I had an issue with one of my hearing aids that was out-of-warranty. It was fixed within 24 hours and the staff were very accommodating in my time of need. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to acknowledge how exceptional the service has been not only on this occasion, but also over the years. Hearing aids are not cheap, but the quality of life improvement is worth the cost. Remind younger people to turn down the music, tinnitus sucks!
Very unhelpful. Went in for a hearing test and trouble with newly developed tinnitus. They claim to do tinnitus retraining and the only advice I was given was to listen to white noise and a suggestion to purchase expensive maskers. I have emailed them and gotten no response.
Needed a hearing test done for work reasons. They got me in the next day, and I had my test results the day after my test. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Charlotte Douglas
Charlotte completed her Clinical Doctorate, Au.D. in Audiology at Central Michigan University in 2011. She opened Hear2Understand Audiology Services in 2018. Areas of special interest include early hearing detection and intervention, central auditory processing, tinnitus/ sound tolerance and service delivery to rural,remote and northern communities. Additional certifications obtained include Tinnitus Retraining Therapy , Vestibular Evaluation/ Management and cerumen management.
Hannah McLeod
Hannah McLeod received her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from Utah State University, and has practiced in both the US and Canada. Hannah has a special interest in vestibular audiology, and spent two years at the American Institute of Balance in Florida as a clinician and clinical educator, before returning to Canada.
Tavia Bell
Tavia grew up in the small town of Rosetown, SK and completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders at Minot State University. Tavia graduated with her Clinical Doctorate (AuD) from the University of Northern Colorado in 2022. Special interests include pediatric care, auditory processing disorders, and aural rehabilitation. Tavia has completed certifications in Tinnitus, Cerumen management and Auditory Processing Disorders. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care for all age groups.
