Mcphillips Hearing & Audiology

My elderly father went to ask for information about what was needed to book an appointment and what to expect. All he did was try to open the door and the lady there grabbed the door saying that they were closed and not accepting new patients. She was very rude and condescending. Mind you this was mid afternoon and all he wanted was information. He was very upset, feeling that she very unprofessional.

I just wanted to say how great McPhillips Hearing & Audiology Centre is ! Rebeca, the medical assistant is nice and friendly. Christine, the audiologist, was so helpful, personable and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to see our dad in his home to make sure his new set of hearing aids will fit and work properly. Christine together with her secretary, Rebecca truly helped our dad to regain once again his confidence to be able to hear clearly at 102 years old ! Thank you to the whole team of McPhillips Hearing & Audiology Centre Inc. Their services is highly recommended!

Christine is excellent! Remarkably thorough, clear and concise in speaking to the hearing impaired, ensuring all is understood. She strives to provide the best result, as possible. She is kind and caring and understands ! Location is great, handy, accessible parking! Her assistant Rebecca Is delightful! She too understands!

Dr Dino at the McPhillips Hearing & Audiology Centre is the most knowledgeable, caring and compassionate audiologist I have ever seen. She helped my elderly father who had lost most of his hearing from working in loud factories. She went out of her way filling out paperwork to Workers Compensation Board to get him covered for his expensive hearing aids. My dad had tears in his eyes when he could finally hear the birds singing in his backyard. You never know terrible hearing loss can affect the elderly. Dr Dino was so kind and compassionate to my father and provided a first rate service. Thank you Dr Dino help my dad understand my conversation again. I highly recommend a visit to DR Dino if you have a loved one suffering hearing loss. Dr Dino is a pro at her job and gets the job done right. Don’t listen to the Lousey review below. Dr Dino has been in the process of renovating her fine clinic to serve her patients better.

I was very surprised with how clean their office was! Dr. Diño is so pleasant and well versed in her occupation as an audiologist. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend her for any of your audiology needs!
