    The Munk Hearing Centre, located at Toronto General Hospital, is the first and only full-service hearing aid dispensary for the University Health Network (UHN). We work closely with the Hearing and Balance Centre and the Department of Otolaryngology to address the hearing health care needs of our patients. All of our audiologists are registered with CASLPO and can recommend specific hearing solutions for every patient based on their individual needs.The Munk Hearing Centre offers unparalleled expertise in the hearing healthcare industry. We specialize in surgical patients, single-sided deafness, and medically complex patient care.     Cathy Vandergeest

    Administrative Assistant

    Cathy Vandergeest brings experience and knowledge to her position as the administrative assistant at the Munk Hearing Centre, having previously worked at our sister clinic, the Centre for Advanced Hearing and Balance Testing. Cathy's friendly demeanour, conscientiousness and drive to help others will ensure that you are well taken care of when you come to see us. She is happy to answer your questions, clean and check your hearing aids and book appointments.

    Emma LeBlanc

    Manager and Audiologist

    Emma holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. She has a diverse array of interests in audiology which include adult and pediatric aural rehabilitation as well as balance disorders. Emma gained extensive experience in diagnostic testing, prescribing and fitting the latest hearing aid technology in both Canada and the US. Emma is committed to using the full range of her expertise and abilities to provide the best quality of care to each patient.

    Erica is a dedicated audiologist with a passion for helping people hear and feel their best. She graduated from the audiology program at Dalhousie University.  Erica has built a strong and well-rounded foundation in both amplification and vestibular assessment. Erica is known for her depth of knowledge and her meticulous, detail-oriented approach to patient care. She takes the time to fully understand each individual’s needs and is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based solutions.

    Lauren Steckle received her master's degree in audiology from Western University. Her areas of focus include amplification and tinnitus treatment. Lauren enjoys working closely with her patients to improve their hearing health and quality of life.

    Manpreet Sandhu is a Doctor of Audiology graduate from NSU Florida. She has a keen interest in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fittings and verification, and vestibular disorders. Manpreet is known for her attention to detail and her commitment to finding the best possible solutions for every patient.

    Sandra Sinayuk

    Sandra earned her Masters of Clinical Science degree in audiology from the University of Western Ontario and brings a well-rounded skill-set to the clinic. From hearing aids and diagnostic testing to vestibular rehabilitation, she’s experienced in all areas of audiology and approaches each case with care, precision, and expertise. Sandra is known for her quirky sense of humour, and her fun, approachable style helps patients feel comfortable and supported from the start.
