ReviewsFriendly competent staff made my first visit to a hearing clinic a pleasurable and very helpful experience. Shelagh was generous with the time she offered in our appointment and patiently answered my many questions. I would recommend this hearing clinic to anyone.
I have had such a positive experience at Nanaimo Hearing Clinic. Giselle set up a pair of hearing aids for me that work perfectly. I can’t believe the sounds I was missing before wearing them. I only take them off to sleep. After purchase care has been seamless. Rhian, the patient care coordinator makes me feel at home and is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their hearing. 😊
Ive had to get impacted earwax removed multiple times before, and I have to say, this was by far the best experience ive had! Very efficient at correcting the issue, friendly accommodating staff, and fair prices. Highly recommend!
The staff and practitioners are very welcoming and have made me feel at home. They take their time in explaining the testing process as well as the fitting for the aids. I highly recommend them.
I recently had a virus attack my hearing and consequently I have sudden sensorineural hearing loss as well as some tinnitus in my left ear.. I heard about Nanaimo Hearing Clinic from a family member that was happy with the service they received. I went for an audiology report requested by my doctor. I now have hearing aids recommended. I am so grateful to Hanan for the care and advice in helping me adjust to my new hearing aids and changes in my life. The staff has been kind and genuinely care about their clients. I would highly recommend them for your hearing aids and care. Thank you so much! Cheryl E. Akerley May 2026
