Powell River Hearing

For several years these knowledgeable and hard-working folks have provided all my hearing needs and I would never go anywhere else. Recently, I needed to come in for a tutorial on maintaining my hearing aids. The staff are always patient and more than willing to accommodate. Shannon and her crew really are second to none, even if the guard dog in the back doesn't like me much! 😁 I gotta bring more dog treats going forward!

Shannon and her amazing staff have been my go to for all my hearing related needs for many years. Previously when I was an IAT (Industrial Audiometric Technician) performing hearing tests on workers, I would get the chance to work with people who wanted to pursue hearing loss claims. I sent every one of them to Powell River Hearing and they all agree that the professionalism, friendliness, and customer service are second to none. Shannon and her people have helped me out on so many occasions, often short notice and even in some "interesting" circumstances. There is NEVER any reason to go anywhere but Powell River Hearing for all your hearing related needs!

Well visiting from out of town my mother‘s hearing when hearing aid was not quite working ,we thought it might need to be cleaned. we called the office at 9 AM for shortly after receptionist was very very accommodating and informed me I’d be a $15 charge for the cleaning and we could just walk in anytime. You may not make an appointment as it turned out the receiver wire had become disconnected due to wear and tear and the audiologist I believe her name is Sharon fix it no charge ! Mom can hear once more thank you Powell River hearing. Great service highly recommend

Shannon is very knowledgeable when it comes to hearing, hearing loss and hearing aides. She is patient and takes the time to make sure that you have the understanding of how your hearing aides work and that they are working the best way possible to enhance your hearing.
