I went in today for the first time and was quite impressed. Clean office and well put together aesthetically. Was greeted promptly too. The specialist took me into the room and asked me questions about my Tinnitus and what was going on. He performed tests on me afterwards and then gave me a great breakdown of what my results were. The specialist was really nice, informative and great to talk to. It felt good to be heard and to be shown interest in my concerns regarding my hearing issues. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a great experience when it comes to doing hearing tests and getting the proper information, hearing aids and etc.

I had my hearing tested at Prairie Hearing Centres and had a great experience. Sara and Kyle are both so warm and welcoming and the hearing test was very thorough. As a motorcycle enthusiast and years of noise exposure I had concerns about my hearing and wanted to establish a baseline and also protect my ears from not only mechanical noise but also wind noise. Kyle was able to make custom earmolds and I cannot believe the fit and comfort. Thank you so much for your help.

I’ve been a patient of Kyle’s for close to 20 years, and I can recommend him as strongly as possible. I’ve worn hearing aids since junior high school, so over the years I’ve worked with many different providers and gone through a lot of hearing aids. Without question, Kyle has been the best part of that entire experience. He is knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to listen, makes recommendations I trust, and stays with you through the process to make sure everything is working the way it should. He genuinely cares about getting your hearing as good as it can be and making sure your devices are performing at their best.
