Puretone Hearing Clinic White Rock

So glad I found Puretone Whiterock. Great location, free, safe parking. It was time to upgrade my five year old hearing aids and I decided to try a real audiologist. Syed, his quiet, friendly attitude put me at ease with the technology at the start. He helped me to try the latest Ai powered aids. First the Oticons, similar to my old ones no real improvement, but the change in the rocker switch on the aids was the deal breaker for me. Second the Phonaks, larger but had the rocker control on the aids. No real improvement but the dealbreaker was the TV bluetooth link. All this time Syed listened to my critiques of the latest aids while coming up with the PERFECT SOLUTION. I CAN HEAR MY WIFE NOW! MUSIC SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL, THE TV BLUETOOTH IS PERFECT. The improvements I am hearing every day are noticeable and I have total control on the aids. This is magic. Thank you Syed and Navia.

I took my mother in for a hearing test and had a wonderful experience. The clinician was very patient, insightful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything, which we really appreciated. We were also able to test hearing aids before committing, which made a big difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, compassionate care.

I’m gonna call my hearing aids Grace because I’ve been giving Grace. I’ve been given a second chance to hear. I didn’t know how bad my hearing was and how much I missed. It’s restored the world to me that I thought was long gone of music of laughter, conversation, fun thank you so much.

I purchased my hearing aids from Syed about 5 years ago and everything went smoothly except for a couple of minor issues. Puretone quickly looked after the problem. Lately, l have been having hearing problems and went in to have a hearing test.Found my hearing had definitely gotten worse. Syed was able to adjust my hearing aids so I can continue to use my old units. Hearing is now much better. Thanks Syed.
