I purchased my hearing aids from Syed about 5 years ago and everything went smoothly except for a couple of minor issues. Puretone quickly looked after the problem. Lately, l have been having hearing problems and went in to have a hearing test.Found my hearing had definitely gotten worse. Syed was able to adjust my hearing aids so I can continue to use my old units. Hearing is now much better. Thanks Syed.
I had a good experience at Purtone Hearing Clinic, and was seen by Dr. Syed. I came in with concerns about tinnitus and a possible hearing-related injury, and Dr. Syed took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, answer all of my questions, and walk me through both the causes and long-term management strategies after conducting tests. His approach was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. It made a huge difference to speak to someone very aware and knowledgeable on tinitis. It showed me that he cared and I left the clinic feeling informed, confident, and much more at ease. He went well over the scheduled appointment time to ensure all my questions were answered and that I left with clarity and peace of mind. Highly recommend this clinic.
