This review is overdue by 1-2 years. I had a great experience with Dr. Reza. He fabricated custom noise cancelling hearing aids that I use daily for my work. They still fit well and work great. I can hear normal conversations, but those background and high frequency noises are reduced. Highly recommend this clinic!

Quantum was highly recommended by a friend of mine who was very happy with the service. I thought I would "buy" mine from a big box store to save money but after realizing I had to wait weeks for an appointment, wait weeks to receive them and then if there was a problem would I need to wait again? I called Quantum on a Weds and luckily there was a cancellation. Still not sure about getting hearing aids but once a met with Reza there was no doubt in my mind that I not only needed them but wanted them. I was going to SF to see my grandchildren on the following Tuesday and Reza made it happen. I know a lot of people who need hearing aids but somehow can't get their head around the idea that it makes them look old should just try them. I am very proud of my hearing aids - I think they make me look smart!

Dr. Reza was very thorough with the examination and hearing test, clear when he showed me the data graph results that both ears were very similar with the hearing loss in each, and explained quite well the differences in the types of hearing aids he would recommend. I am very happy with my hearing aids, they are not actually visible to most people, very lightweight and discreet.
