I have dealt with Audra for my hearing needs for many years. I always appreciated her friendly, professional service. Then out of the blue I discovered she had left the office that I usually went to see her at. I tried, unsuccessfully, dealing with other hearing specialists as I did need to get new hearing aids. Mine were 9 years old.. I quickly realized just how good Audra was. I looked for over a year and almost gave up finding her. Luckily I came across an advertisement for Red Oak Hearing Centre. I couldn’t believe I had found Audra! I made my appointment and had my new hearing aids within the week. Anyone can sell you hearing aids but it takes a true expert to make the adjustments on them that suit each persons individual needs. Audra goes the extra mile to make sure her clients get the best hearing possible from their hearing aids. I highly recommend Red Oak Hearing Centre.

Audra De Visser
As a Hearing Instrument Practitioner with 24 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. My approach focuses on individualized care, practical hearing solutions, and ongoing support to ensure clients remain confident and connected in their daily lives. I completed my education at the University of Winnipeg and MacEwan University, which provided a strong foundation for my long-standing career in hearing healthcare.
Jody Ross
I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree and from the University of South Dakota in 2007 with a Doctor of Audiology. I began my career in public health, spending the first two years of my practice there before transitioning to private practice. My professional interests include healthy aging, advanced hearing aid technology, and aural rehabilitation. I’ve always been driven by a desire to help people, and I chose audiology to assist individuals in improving their quality of life through better hearing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, making the most of Manitoba’s beautiful summers, and cheering on my daughter as she plays volleyball.
