St Albert Hearing

I had the most pleasant experience at St. Albert Hearing. Angela, the receptionist, was very welcoming and warm- lovely lady. Klinton was very professional and patient during the hearing test- I appreciated that he took some time to explain to me what my test results meant- I appreciated that. Also, I must say, this is one of the most beautiful and vibrant offices i've ever visited! I loved all their plants. I 100% recommend this business!

Very friendly staff. Laid out all my options and even suggested I could go to my family physician and get the ear wax removed for free under Alberta Healthcare instead of taking my money. I still made a appointment with them for that reason alone. Went and turned out I had no ears wax, so they didnt charge me anything! Can't recommend them enough.

I would like to highly recommend this hearing clinic. They are courteous, caring and utterly professional. After ascertaining whether I needed hearing aids ( I thought I probably would!), Klint did everything he could to ensure the pair I would eventually purchase would be exactly what I needed. He ensured the hearing aids were tailored to my own specific needs and adjusted accordingly. I was initially given “ loaners” for several weeks so that I could try them and see if they suited. If it seems that hearing aids might be in your future, I truly recommend you set up an appointment with this St. Albert business. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible customer service. Angela and Klinton are wonderful people. They know how to make their patients feel comfortable. Klinton was great at explaining everything during my test and we found that my hearing was pretty good for a senior. We established a hearing baseline. It was comforting to know that at this time I do not need hearing aids. However this is the place to go for hearing assessments and aids. Thank you

I was visiting St Albert from Alabama when one of my hearing aids stopped functioning. I called St Albert Hearing and they took me in right away. Dr Klinton looked at my hearing aid and with magic touch got it working right away. He said if I have anymore issues to come back and he would help me no problem. I could not believe it when I went to pay I was told no charge. Trust me folks when I say I have no problem giving St Albert Hearing full marks and have no problem urging you to use this service.
