I have had an amazing day today. I took my special needs sister in law in today as she couldn’t hear. Chantelle is amazing, she cleaned her ears and during that time became a new friend to my sister in law. Thank you for being so supportive and caring with Patty. Chantelle is absolutely amazing! She is so helpful. I came in because I was having issues hearing. I thought it was just wax in my ear, but Chantelle found out that I actually was missing an eardrum in my left ear! This caused 70% hearing loss in that ear. Thanks to her, i was referred to Dr. Frank (ENT) and was given hearing aids to borrow until i was able to get surgery. If it weren't for her i wouldn't have known about my ear drum, and since having surgery I can breathe and hear better!! Chantelle also pointed out that my ear issues could be causing sinus problems as well, and thanks to her, those have cleared up too!! Definitely recommend seeing Chantelle if you have any problems with your ears! She is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and will go through all the information with you so you understand what she is doing.

I have been a mechanic for the last 10 years and have some coworkers that have a noticeable hearing loss so I decided to get my hearing tested. It turns out that my hearing is still normal at this time, but is starting to show signs of slight loss in the high pitches. Chantelle was excellent in explaining my results and what was actually happening with my hearing! She also explained that doing hearing loss prevention and getting noise plugs now is a much cheaper option than hearing aids for a permanent loss in the future! I got a set of custom noise plugs and they are fantastic! My old generic ear plugs were very uncomfortable and you couldn't hear anything with them in, but with the custom noise plugs they are made to the shape of my ear so they are very comfortable and I can still have a conversation with them in! I am very happy with the service I got from swift hearing centers!

I have to get my hearing tested every two years for work. The staff was so professional. The lady checked my ears before testing and discovered I had a major blockage in one ear. She flushed both my ears and took the time to explain why it had occurred. After the flushing which took several attempts to clear we did the hearing test and I scored higher then I had the previous test. Thank you . Also they designed so great masks during the pandemic and have been complimented on them numerous times.

I had a very positive experience getting wax removal at Swift Hearing Center. They walk you through the procedure. The staff is excellent, Chantelle was very thorough. The price was reasonable. I will be going back in the future.
