Amazing! oh my gosh, I sat at st joes for two whole days after having clogged ears for two weeks and no family doctor to see and nothing, but the lovely woman in at this place in sussex who did my hearing test had given me the most relief and answers after weeks of nothing but panic! I have been singing her praises! I am a very anxious person when it comes to medical anything but she used the best language, nothing freaked me out once i was speaking with her. she ensured me the liquid behind my eardrums was sterile and not an infection and that the issue was not permanent as my hearing towards the nerve was perfect. She gave me over the counter recommendations, as well as exactly what to say to the pharmacist if i need something prescribed. It was perfect:) Thank you so much
