Tsawwassen Hearing Centre

These guys rock! Got me in super fast for an ear wax removal service. I had a %100 blockage in one ear and Mark got me fixed up and back to normal in no time. Pain free service, would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tsawwassen Hearing Centre and I normally do not post reviews but i have to give credit to them for their amazing staff and warm environment. My appointment was fast, seamless, and the staff were all very friendly and polite to speak with. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for hearing exams. I really enjoyed my experience!

Overall, a great experience. The front desk was accommodating when I first called and very welcoming when I arrived. Mark was very thorough and explained everything while it was happening and he took the time to answer any questions. I definitely recommend them.

Truly Exceptional Service! Mark and his receptionist Wendy at Tsawwassen Hearing Centre went above and beyond! My mom was visiting from out of town and had an issue with a hearing aid purchased in her hometown. A nearby franchise turned us away because it wasn’t bought through them—but Tsawwassen Hearing Centre welcomed us without hesitation. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem as a wax-blocked speaker. Using a zoom camera, he clearly showed us the issue and what a normal speaker should look like. He replaced the blocked speaker with a new one and also gently removed wax from my mom’s ear. Outstanding service from a caring, independently owned clinic. Highly recommended!
