ReviewsSusan Clarke will give you an honest appraisal, taking into account your personal situation. She is very skilled and professional, and instantly puts you at ease. I rarely recommend anyone to friends, but I would highly recommend her.
i am a visitor from New Zealand and one of my new widex hearing aids stopped working. Tina was able to sort the issue quickly give some tips on usage and i was on my way very quickly. Very skilled and personable and I am very impressed with the company
I recently had a consultation / hearing test with Susan Clarke and my experience was excellent. She is extremely professional and honest and I would very highly recommend her for anyone looking for hearing aids. Before my appointment with Susan, I had a consultation with a large hearing aid chain and they were very aggressive in trying to sell me hearing aids. Susan recommended that I not get a hearing aid as it would aggravate an existing ear condition. She's the best!
I bought a pair of Concertos (at the same time as a pair of Drifters) and I am super happy with the noise reduction of live music, the sound of heavy traffic and loud social gatherings.I’ve been diagnosed with hearing loss and I could have used these years ago.
I went for a hearing assessment with Tina Saiki and was blown away. She is very knowledgeable, with a kind and truly caring demeanor. She was patient and took a lot of time explaining my results to me, followed by my options based on my test results and her observations. I really felt that she listened to me and genuinely cared to help me improve my situation. I'm so glad I chose Vancouver Hearing Centre.
