He is very knowledgeable and I have consistently found that he is patient and interested in knowing about his patients' background in order to provide the best quality equipment to fit their needs. Over the years, I have accompanied older citizens to three larger hearing aid companies for hearing assessments and can state that the service offered by Peter is certainly superior. All clients are treated with respect. In addition, Peter's prices were better than any of his competitors.”

“I went to Peter and his team for a second opinion on a rear hearing condition called hyperacusis that I was diagnosed with by a ENT specialist. Peter was highly recommended by my mother through a friend of hers. Not happy with the outcome of my diagnosis by the the ENT specialist I thought it be a good Idea to hear what Peter and his team had to say. My first appointment was with Laura. Laura did a LDL test being very professional and listening to everything I had to say. Laura was compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. After my LDL test coming back normal Laura referred me to a different clinic to see another audiologist. Someone who had more experience dealing with the rear hearing condition called hyperacusis . After a rigorous examination and second LDL test it was determined again I had hyperacusis, a highly debilitating rear hearing condition that causes sensitivity and pain to every day noise. The audiologist gave me a number of recommendations, one being fitted with pre-moulding custom ear plugs. Knowing that Peter and his team did pre-moulding custom ear plugs I went back to Peter’s clinic to be fitted. I had an appointment on a Monday morning with Peter. The Saturday night before I had a set back resulting from a loud noise causing my ears to flare up. My ears were sore to the touch. Not able to cancel being the weekend I felt obligated to go to my scheduled Monday morning appointment with Peter. After explaining my situation to Peter I felt Peter was concerned more about fees and not on how I was feeling at the time. He asked me to explain the rear hearing condition I was diagnosed with called hyperacusis. While trying to explain he started talking over me not listening to what I had to say. He asked me to repeat my questions over again while being busy on his computer. The appointment ended with his own diagnosis that did not make sense with the history and symptoms I was having. It was a very disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend Peter for anything other than what Peter is praised for. Peter should not be giving advice or a diagnosis on something Peter knows nothing about.”
