Audiologist and Owner

Bernice A. McKenzie obtained her Doctorate in Audiology in 2006. She was part of the first graduating class of Doctors of Audiology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

As a regulated healthcare provider, she is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).

She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Professional Audiology Clinics (OAPAC).

Alexandra DiFazio

Audiologist

Alexandra DiFazio holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Behaviour Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor and a Master of Clinical Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in Audiology from the University of Western Ontario.

Registered with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), Alexandra offers comprehensive assessments and treatment plans to patients with hearing loss and tinnitus.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Celina Postlethwaite has a passion for helping others. She enjoys travelling, reading and meeting new people.

Celina is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and registered member of the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP).

Celina completed the Hearing Aid Practitioner Program at MacEwan University in 2018. Celina also has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology which she obtained from the University of Windsor in 2016.

Marlene has experience in the hearing aid industry having worked as a customer service representative with a hearing aid manufacturer, at a dispensing clinic and at a hospital in the Department of Audiology.

We are committed to helping children and adults who suffer from hearing loss, tinnitus or dizziness. We are the only Audiology Clinic in Windsor-Essex that performs balance assessments and rehabilitation services for dizzy patients. We are unique as we offer a team of in-house healthcare providers consisting of Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders Assistants and Hearing Instruments Dispensers collaborating to evaluate and treat patients.
