Hearing Instrument Specialist

Jessica Johnston has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Biology from Trent University. She also received her hearing instrument specialist diploma from Conestoga College.

Jessica has a longstanding hearing loss and seeing individuals happy and full of life when they hear again is the most rewarding part of her job.

Carolyn Rose

Client Service Administrator

Carolyn Rose has 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is known as "the detective" by friends and family because if you need to find out something, she researches until she finds the answer!

For Carolyn, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the smiling faces when clients get the hearing aids they need to enjoy life.
