Judy Kwan-Yin Ma

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Judy Kwan-Yin Ma is passionate in helping those with hearing needs and has a deep understanding of how hearing loss can impact a person's quality of life. Judy’s mother has hearing loss and has been a hearing aid user for many years.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and graduated with distinction from the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan University.

Judy speaks Cantonese and Mandarin and can offer hearing care services in these languages. She is a long-standing member of the HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) healthcare team and is proud to be a part of the HearingLife family.

Client Service Administrator

Tammy Wong is highly-organized and skilled in her role. She provides clients with helpful information on our hearing care services so they can receive the help they need.

Customer service is her number one priority and she ensures clients are taken care of upon every visit to our clinic.

She is also a proud supporter of the National Campaign for Better Hearing and encourages clients to bring a friend or family member along the hearing care journey. Tammy is happy to be serving the community of Markham daily.

“My father was fitted for his first pair of hearing aids, after many years of experiencing hearing troubles. The service we received at this clinic was exceptionally well as they walked us through the process and were very patient with him. My father was comfortable and had all his questions answered. The follow up service was also helpful as they showed him how to then clean his hearing aids and also did minor adjustments for him to better hear the television. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic to those considering hearing aids.”
