Ida Yee Han Tsui has more than seventeen years of experience working with the adult population. She provides the highest level of service and professionalism and has a special interest in the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and their applications to each individual client.

Ida graduated with a master's degree in audiology with distinction from University of Southampton in U.K. in 2000 and later obtained her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Arizona in 2008. She joined HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) in 2009.

Jen Dezan is a proud supporter of healthy hearing and proud to be a part of the HearingLife healthcare team serving clients daily. She provides clients with a personalized approach to treatment care so they can receive the best solution possible for their daily needs.

Lyndsay White provides clients with helpful and up-to-date information on our hearing care services in a professional and friendly manner. Lyndsay has been with the HearingLife healthcare team for 15 years and is an advocate of healthy hearing as well as a proud supporter of the National Campaign for Better Hearing.
