Ina Zalkind is passionate about helping her clients getting the most out of life by rediscovering their hearing. Her satisfaction comes from the joy her clients feel when they are hearing clearer and able to reconnect with friends, family, and the world around them.

Ina’s inspiration in life is her family and her desire to help people. She remains motivated in providing hearing care to the Thornhill community on a daily basis. Ina continues to work hard to assist each of her clients through their transition to better hearing.

Ina earned her Ontario College Advanced Diploma from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at George Brown College in 2006 and is certified in cerumen management. She is a member of the Association of Hearing Instrument Specialists of Ontario. Ina has been awarded the Hear for Life Hearing Healthcare Professional of the Year recognition in 2009 and 2011. Ina is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.

During her spare time, Ina enjoys organizing community theatre presentations and various art events in the Toronto area and attending the Soul Pepper Theatre in Toronto’s Distillery District.

Mina Ahmadi is passionate about helping people overcome hearing loss. She feels it’s important to help her patients hear better, to change their life. Mina understands the importance of good quality of life and strives to help her clients achieve that.

Rocchina Mauro is passionate about hearing healthcare. She provides exceptional client service and supports treatment that provides better quality of life for those with hearing loss. Rocchina has many years of experience in the hearing industry in a supportive role and is a integral part of our hearing care team. She will be happy to assist you at your next visit to our clinic.
