Yongli Jiang has over ten years of experience working with adult clients with hearing loss. She also has fourteen years of experience practicing as an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist in her home country. She enjoys helping people and connecting with her clients on a daily basis.

Yongli graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at George Brown College in 2005.

Tammy McPherson is highly-organized and skilled in her role. She provides clients with helpful information on our hearing care services so they can receive the help they need. Customer service is her number one priority and she ensures clients are taken care of upon every visit to our clinic.
