“I went to the clinic to get my replacement hearing aid that I had lost when I took off my face mask. While I was waiting for the delivery I was using my one remaining new one and one I had from a previous set. I commingled the two remotes and couldn’t tell which went with what. Mr. Randall sorted out the mess I gave him and Ms. Randall gave me curbside service so that I wouldn’t have to wait inside because of COVID. I can’t recommend this clinic and these very kind professionals more! Efficient expertise with understanding compassionate service.”
