“Susheela was very helpful when I met her. She listened to what I had to say and understood my situation. She gave me a very thorough audio test and adjusted my defective and rather old hearing aids herself. The whole procedure took a long time but she did everything in a very professional manner. I walked out of her office grateful to be able to hear well again.”
“Peggy at Nexgen gave me a thorough hearing test today. She explained how my ears work and answered questions that i hadn't even thought of. My hearing lost is border line and she suggested that we meet again in a year or if I find that my hearing deteriorates. There was no high pressure sales. I will be back and I will tell my friends.
