Syed Ullah has over eight years of clinical experience as an audiologist and has worked in clinical and hospital settings, as well as working alongside an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor providing hearing care to people of all ages.
He is certified in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and has special interest and experience in assessment and diagnosis of hearing disorders, tinnitus rehabilitation, vestibular assessment and treatment, pediatric hearing health and hearing aid prescription and fitting.
Syed earned a bachelor’s degree in audiology and speech language pathology and a master’s degree in audiology from The University of Manchester, UK. Syed is certified by the Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) association and is a registered Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Practitioner by the College of Speech and Hearing Healthcare professionals of BC.
Syed is passionate in providing evidence-based and personalized hearing care using the latest in hearing technology to each of his patients. He looks forward to meeting you and your loved ones, wherever you are on your hearing care journey.

“I would highly recommend Syed at Puretone as I knew my hearing was declining but was unsure how serious it was. Syed tested me and confirmed a modest hearing loss but assured me it wasn't at the serious level yet and that no hearing aids were necessary unless I felt the need. Needless to say, I was impressed with his no pressure salesmanship and professional honesty. Syed is as honest as they come and gets a solid thumbs up from me!”
