Lindsay De Souza worked for a major hearing aid manufacturer for one year as a technical support representative on the audiology support team prior to joining HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) in 2013.

Lindsay enjoys educating people about the importance of hearing health and working with them to treat their hearing loss in the best way possible. Lindsay graduated with a master's degree in audiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2012.

Sandeep has over a decade of clinical experience working with individuals who have hearing loss. She enjoys improving their quality of life and educating them and their loved ones about the importance of hearing health and treating their communication needs. 

Sandeep graduated with a Masters of Clinical Science in audiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2012. 

Rosemary Mathew has been working in the hearing industry since 1998, her experience includes hospital clinics, Ear, Nose and Throat clinics and retail clinics.

She conducts hearing screening programs in various seniors centres and provides educational seminars about hearing loss and its impact on communication. Rosemary earned her Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma from Grant MacEwan University.

Josephine Osei welcomes clients into our clinic with a smile and professional attitude. She ensures the clinic is operating smoothly and efficiently so clients can feel at ease at each appointment.

Josephine is very informative of our hearing care services and will take the time to answer your questions related to your hearing care needs and appointment. She will be happy to assist you and your loved ones.
