“I ended up walking out as Gren Wren did not care about my health nor was he able to handle me advocating for myself and women as a whole..all hearing tests are based on 17 yr old boys no females and when I asked him to advocate that the tests be based on more diversity..he got mad and started insisting I leave which I already said I was he raised his voice even further. I brought up that women health is not fairly represented and that everyone needs to advocate. He said thats not his job/problem at which point i pointed out his male privelege. He repeated that i was to leave which i was bit am in a walking cast. He grabbed my purse and jacket roughly and handed to me. Only to drop my glasses and his secretary phoned later and dropped them off...He slammed the door behind me and I started crying..I asked who do I complain to and was given an email..but you could see this wasn't the first time the secretaries had seen an outburst of this kind. I have hyperacusis which he was made aware of so the slam caused a great deal of physical pain. Even in the beginning of appointment I mentioned the hyperacusis and asked him to lower his voice he did for 1 sentence then raised it back up.. I again asked him if he could lower his voice...his response was that he wasn't talking loudly..so glad he could determine my pain...And he caused me physical and mental pain and I am seeking to have him removed as majority of his clients are in a vulnerable population. Please do not go to this clinic until he is removed. I will be following this through until I am satisfied he can't hurt anyone else.”
